The legal stuff - read before you proceed

• To enter a competition you must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
• Only one entry per person.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
• The winner will be the entrant whose video entry is selected at random by the 31st July 2012
• Only entries uploaded as specified on the following page: www.quitfullstop.co.uk/quit-smoking-in-60-seconds.html will be classed as entered to win the prize.
• The closing date is 31st July to send in your completed video.
• You give consent to QuitFullStop to display your video diary onsite and on branded video channels online.
• If you win a competition, we will notify you by e-mail. The judges' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• You can find out who has won the particular competition by visiting www.quitfullstop.co.uk By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Juice Master may require.
• The prize will not be transferable to another person.
• No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
• If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
• You agree and consent to QuitFullStop publishing your video entry to www.quitfullstop.co.uk and subsequent branded channels online.
• QuitFullStop reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
